Take part in Elisa Williams LIVE STREAM group yoga classes. Just download the ZOOM APP to your phone or computer.

There are 3 ways to book an individual class or class bundles (see below).

LIVE STREAM YOGA with Elisa
Monday 1 – 2pm  Yin yoga
Tuesday 10 – 11.15am Slow flow
Friday 1 – 2pm Lunch time yoga
Saturday 10 – 11.15am Dynamic flow
Sunday 9.30 – 10.45am Slow flow

Elisa’s live stream yoga classes allow you to participate in yoga classes from anywhere in the world. Elisa provides physical & verbal prompts live as you practice.

There will be an opportunities before & after the classes to ask questions, connect to and be encouraged by our yoga community. However during the class your screen is muted in case of any noise disruption.

Come as you are to class wearing comfortable non restrictive clothes, with your partners, pets, coffee-in-hand, it’s your practice!

Please join the class with plenty of time to spare so that you can make sure you’ve turned on the camera on your device & you’ve framed yourself in shot so I can see you’re whole body & you’re all set to join in.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR CLASS

CONNECTION

To join Elisa’s Zoom yoga classes using your laptop, tablet, smartphone, or Apple TV you will need to download the Zoom app or follow the class link provided when you book via one of my booking platforms.

I recommend using a bigger screen to get the full experience, and turning the device video on to immerse yourself in our community and receive any personalised prompts.

Get set up earlier enough so that you can frame a full view of yourself on the screen so that I can keep an eye on you in both supine and standing poses.

MAT

A mat to practice on is the only equipment you’ll need. Elisa may incorporate props if you have them. Don’t worry if you don’t have anything as plenty of household objects can be used as props instead!

GOOD SOUND

Reduce home distractions with a pair of bluetooth headphones, or a speaker, and turn up the sound.

Suggested Donations

A suggested donation for online classes is £10 for a single class or £50 for unlimited classes per calendar month.

During Elisa Williams online videos you will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise or health. You understand that during online yoga classes, the instructor cannot adjust student’s form and posture. Pay careful attention to the physical & verbal cues being given however most importantly listen to the responses of your own body throughout the practice and make suitable modifications or back away from any pose if you experience anything that is uncomfortable or causes any form of pain.
